Analog stylings, vector magic, pixel grit. Betamax!
I did the fonts, gradient, and font blend (layout) in Illustrator. Saved PNG to Creative Cloud. Sketched two overlays (one dark the other light) by hand in Fresco to achieve the grit. Set the dark layer to Overlay and the other to Multiply.
Is it Betamax or VHS? COOL is the correct answer.
