Dundalk Lions
I was recently commissioned by CCBC Dundalk to create a short series of illustrations depicting their mascot, a lion, participating in various sports. To create these illustrations, I started by sketching the basic shapes and pose of the lion with a pencil, focusing on dynamic movement and expression. Next, I refined the lines, adding details to the lion's features, the baseball uniform, the basketball uniform, and the bat. I then scanned the sketch and imported it into a digital art program. Using digital brushes, I added colors, shading, and highlights to give depth and vibrancy, finalizing with the background details. Commissions are open right here on Adobe Behance.
